1 cup mustard paste (soak 4 tbsp mustard seeds in water for 15 minutes and blend to a fine paste)
    2 tbsp poppy seeds paste
    4 tbsp grated coconut
4 green chilies (adjust to taste)
    2 tbsp mustard oil
    Salt to taste
    Turmeric powder (1/2 tsp)

Steps To Make It :

    1. Prepare The banana Leaves :
Cut the banana leaves into squares large enough to wrap the fish fillets.
Lightly heat each leaf over an open flame or in a dry pan to make them pliable.
    2. Make the Musturd Paste :
In a blender, combine the mustard seeds (soaked and drained), poppy seeds paste (if using), grated coconut, 2 green chilies, and a pinch of salt.
Add a little water to make a smooth paste.
    3. Marinate The Fish :
In a bowl, mix the mustard paste, turmeric powder, and salt.
Coat the fish fillets with this mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
    4. Wrap the Fish :
Place a marinated fish fillet in the center of a banana leaf square.
Add a few drops of mustard oil on top of the fish and place half a green chili on top.

    5. Prepare The banana Leaves :
Place the wrapped fish parcels in a steamer and steam for about 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
Alternatively, you can place the wrapped fish in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes.
    6. Serve
Remove the parcels from the steamer or oven.
